Inspired from pop music, I've created a new series called Pop fluid, where I combine contrasting colors with different techniques of layering colors on canvas.
The original size of the painting is 15 x 12 inches and 12 x 9 inches after standard stretching. The painting can also be framed by pasting on board for maximum exposure.
A self-taught artist, Sumit Mehndiratta has pursued Master of Science in international fashion marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He has worked with online art galleries and exhibited his works, both group and solo shows across the UK and India. Sumit enjoys making artworks from different mediums that please the mind and soul of the individual. Describing his style of work, the Delhi-based artist avers, “My main genre of work is nature and abstraction, which is prominent in most of the works. I love abstraction and the fact that everyone perceives it differently.
